It's about time. I haven't been able to spend a full 48 hours without writing or editing something in almost five months. Most of the time I'm writing for myself, or editing for my friend at least once a day. I get the occasional day off, but that's it. Recently, it's been affecting my writing - and not in a good way. It's been almost a week, and I've only written 1000 words for the next chapter of Under Our Wing. Between blocks and a lack of will to get off my ass and do it, progress has been slow. Ever since I uploaded my first Twidash I haven't taken a break. It's about time I fix that. So, as of today, I am on a one week vacation. I will not be writing, I will not be editing. The closest I will get to my stories for the next week is responding to the occasional comment I get. That's it. After my one week is up, I'll be right back to my normal schedule, and that includes my weekly updates for Under Our Wing.
As for my other stories that I haven't touched in months, they are not cancelled. I will never cancel a story. However, they really need to be put on hiatus for a while. Don't Give Up will update again... eventually. It's on my list of things I need to do.
