Well....I hate to say this, because I know that one of the things people love about my story are the quick updates. And that's fair. I did upload a ton of chapters for your benefit.
However, I'm essencially taking the rest of the week off. I think I burnt myself out and it would really help if I took some time off to rest and think about something other than struggling to get the next chapter up. And thankfully, I did everything I could to ensure that everything leading up to the conclusion is taken care of, so the next chapter is the moment you've been waiting for.
I'm going to be honest about something. The ending to Kiss of the Dark is turning out to be quite different from the one I had in mind when I started. I had a precise idea for what I was going to go for at that conclusion, but things changed. It became more of a romantic story than I had originally planned. I'm not going to tell you exactly what is in it just yet. Even saying things like "it is or it isn't what you think it will be like" will be enough for some readers to figure it out.
So when is the next chapter? I have a deadline for next Thursday in mind. So you'll have to wait around a week...but at least you got 15 chapters to look back to.
