    Surprise!

Bet you all thought you saw the last of me!

Hello, if you still happen to be around. Whoops, it's been about 3 years since I updated you all. Sorry! But better late than never, I suppose. I figured this would be a good time to post as I do occasionally get messages of my whereabouts!

Well it looks like I'm going on a long hiatus

    Hey Guys,

So as you all may have figured, I'm taking a break from writing. The main reason for this being that it's my final year in sixth form (senior year for all you american folk) and I'm applying to universities. So, that means I need to bring up all of my grades.

    So, a thing happened.

    Hey guys!

Oh my gosh, so last night, as many of you know, I updated Replacing Scootaloo. I went to the front page and saw that it was featured?! I obviously freaked because I've been on this site for over a year and had never been featured before. Plus, out of my two main fics, Replacing Scootaloo was the less popular one.

Procrastination! Suggestions! · 2:23pm May 19th, 2013

Hey guys, so I'm procrastinating quite a lot.
I have an English Lit exam tomorrow based on a book called "Of Mice and Men" and the play "An Inspector Calls." Not that you wanted to know that XD
So, the way I'm procrastinating is listening to music and writing... Do any of you have any music suggestions?
I have a... um... Strange taste in music. I listen to Fall out Boy, You me at six, Paramore, then I also listen to people like Ed Sheeran. So I'm basically willing to try any type of music you throw at me!
(Just not Dubstep, please. I can't stand it!)
So yeah, chuck a whole load of music suggestions down below because I really need new songs to listen to!
Yay for procrastinating!

1091318 Ah thank you! I shall check them all out :pinkiehappy:

Your welcome. If you want some more. I have tons of good songs that I can send you. :pinkiehappy: .... Oh do you have a language preference?

1091324 Hmm.. :pinkiesad2: Well, I don't know, I generally just listen to English songs unless it's like gangnam style or the ketchup song (Memories with obsessions with that) But yeah, I don't mind! :pinkiehappy:

1091325

No problems . I just have a large selection of songs that range from Korean, Japanese, German, although a majority of stuff is English. Although I don't know what language O-Zone would be considered (Dragostea din tae. / The Numa Numa song).

1091333 Oh gosh! Numa numa! :rainbowwild: The memories! :pinkiesad2:
Just a warning, I have a really strange taste in music, like seriously :pinkiesad2:

1091335

That's all good. I have an eclectic taste in songs myself.

1091337

These are possibly my all time favourite songs:

Ed Sheeran

You Me At Six

Fall Out Boy

Paramore

So, as you can see I have a very strange mix :rainbowwild: I kind of mix between different genres :rainbowwild:

1091514 I... Okay :rainbowwild: It's PewDiePie though! :rainbowlaugh:

1091524 I need to start watching him again :unsuresweetie:

1091342

You had a decent mix. Just listened to them.

Yes, he's more hilarious than evar :rainbowlaugh:

At my school I'm often called the Colonel cause of my military type attitude and the fact that i often listen to World War II era music. Some fairly good songs are Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, In The Mood, Sing; Sing; Sing, Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree, Swinging on A Star, really i could go on for a while and i know all the above songs by heart but some more recent songs i could also suggest are Landslide, Highway To Hell(my family anthem), T.N.T., Back In Black, and i could ramble on here for a while too.

1105149 Ah, we used to listen to WW2 music in Primary school when we were studying that topic, I loved it! :rainbowlaugh::rainbowlaugh: We mainly listened to the British ones though :rainbowwild:

Ah, im more into the American music but since i'm with a WW2 reinactment group and i was assigned to the serve with the hitler youth reinactors due to my age i've also learned quite a few old German marches and little songs to hum along with to pass the time between reinactments. Next summer im supposed to get reassigned to the U.S. 3rd Army and a Sherman tank and i can get rid of that lousy uniform im stuck with now. Frankly it drives me crazy to wear a nazi uniform sence my family had to fight for them during the war but i'm big into the reinactments. Then there was my other family member's fighting the nazis. Sence my grandpa was originally from Britain and was born in the late 1930's i asked him if he remembered the war and he said that his earliest memory was sitting in one of the underground stations while the air raid sirens wailed and he said he could hear the Heinkel bombers over London and the whine of the bombs falling to earth. He said that when the all clear had sounded they went back to find their house was now a pile of rubble. My great grandpa Ira was a native american who went ot collage in London but stayed after he met my great grandma. After the war started he joined the RAF and flew a Hawker Hurricane during the Battle of Britain and scored 4.5 kills before his tour of service was over.

1105471 Sorry, but I'm really like pacifist. I think the army is shite and gah. -.- I hate the idea of it... (Don't hate me :rainbowlaugh:)

1105933
ones beleafs are no reason to hate them. My great grandpa hated serving but he felt obligated to serve to protect innocent people.
