The Run-Ins With the Boys in Blue (Non-Fic Related) · 5:46am May 17th, 2013

So today was interesting, and I'll warn you now, this is not related to any of my story shit. In fact, it's more like me spinning a pretty funny yarn of experience. Normally I hate making a blog post like this that's actually like a blog, but I thought this was worth sharing. Now that you realize you're wasting your time on useless shit and still don't mind, I'm going to mention myself numbering these encounters.

1. Earlier today, I was pulled over right next to my house for apparently illegally passing over the chief of police, who didn't seem to really give a shit and just let me go. He did not seem to like my smile as I parked a few meters away.

2. Later, the shifting winds brought me to a car meet. I was a bit buzzed off a blunt and pretty relaxed up until a shit ton of cops (though I suspect some were traffic enforcers) came in with sirens blaring. Despite the fact they were trying to force everyone to leave, not much actually happened.

3. Maybe an hour or so ago, I was heading towards a food joint and was again pulled over. I apparently didn't fully stop on a turn-on-red, according to the officer. Cue some chatter on his radio, him saying "Fuck sir, have a nice day," and then handing me all of my shit back. He sped off very quickly, I went on my way, and I think I almost hit his car some time later when he was making some really weird turns in a large intersection.

4. Driving through several towns on the way home, an undercover cop car begins to follow me. I keep watch and obey the law despite the fact he's getting closer. Eventually lose him to a yellow light.

5. Nearly home, a dark car in front of mine pulls over to the right, forcing me to slow down considerably. As I pass, he drives up behind me and proceeds to follow me as well. I pull over at some random house, wait a few minutes, and continue home without incident at roughly 1:00 A.M..
