Sneak peek of what is next

So I thought I'd give you all a little sampling of what's to come in Sand (title still subject to change) in the not-too-distant future. It's a piece of concept art for a little scene in the story. Don't worry, it's nowhere near being spoiler material.

This actually started out as a sketch that I just intended to have done up in lineart, but my good friend Myandra went above and beyond that, as you can probably see. Huge props to her for the effort.

The story itself is progressing well enough, though I'll be unable to write a whole lot the coming week or so due to a very busy schedule. Still, I'm generally having a great deal of fun writing it, which is always a plus when you're aiming for a long story.

Saddle Arabia?... Why do I get the feeling the CMC's are going to do get into trouble; whether it's butting heads with Griffin Crusaders, crossing the MLP version of the Silk Trade Route, or accidentally robbing some poor Pharaohs tomb and getting cursed.

All I can think of when I see that picture is Fluttershy asking "Whoooooo are Yooooouuuu?" and forming letters out of her smoke rings.
