The suspects have been identified:
Those people you see are Dzhokhar, 19, and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26 (respectively), Russian brothers near the reason of Chechnya who came to America for political refuge. They are the two suspects in the bombing.
The two men robbed a store in Cambridge on Thursday, killing a MIT police officer, Sean Collier, 26. They proceeded to carjack a Mercedes-Benz—with the man still inside—later releasing him at a gas station 30 minutes later.
Around 1 A.M. today, the police gave chase to the two men inside the car near Waterport, who threw out explosive devices and exchanged gunfire. Tamerlan later died at Boston hospital from blast injuries and multiple gunshot wounds. Dzhokhar is still at large.
The uncle, Ruslan Tsarni, says to reporters, "This is terrible. I have no sympathy for them. I hate them – they murdered people! . . . Anger, anger, anger. I can’t come up with the words. . . Unbelievable -- he absolutely deserved this. I always told those two, Islam has always been there, just do your business. Work, go to school, be useful. Know why you came to America . . . I am not sympathizing with them." He calls their acts "unhuman", saying Dzhokhar is a "loser" and that they "do not deserve to live on this earth."
His father, Anzor Tsarnaev, who is in the Russian city of Makhachkala, says, "If they kill my second child, I will know that it is an inside job, a hit job. The police are to blame." He wants his remaining son to "surrender peacefully," but warns, "if they killed him, then all hell would break loose."

They have the entire city under lock-down and are sending in Swat teams and police from all over to assist in the manhunt. This guy won't survive the weekend, if he's lucky enough to see tomorrow.

Mm, bit on the young side for that line of work, find it a tad difficult to believe they did anything without aid, but of course, it's not entirely unheard of.
