Must be because of her general attitude and popularity.

She's perhaps the one from the mane six who has the most human (and pony) fans, so it's normal that the amount of haters is greater than for the others.

For example, look at Justin Bieber. He has a damned legion of fangirls chasing him(by damn I mean big), so to equalize the things, a big part of the internet population (mainly males I think) are against him. The strange is that 7/10(average) of his haters can't find another reason than "He's gay.",etc. but mainly because he's a famous teenager with a legion of girls behind him. I mean, are those valid reasons to hate on someone?
