King Candy is Queen Chrysalis done right

I really don't like "A Canterlot Wedding". the story is overly complex, the new characters are basically Gary and Mary Stu, lots of forced moments mainly the ending to part 1 and the defeat of Celestia, an idiotic morale and the main point of this blog: a bad villain. but I'm not gonna complain about that bad episode. these links can do the work for me:

Instead lets talk about the queen. I was first introduce to Chrysalis with fan-art and at the time I thought she was just a really popular fan-character. The first fanfic I read with her was My Little Mages: the Nightmare's Return in which she's an undead Necromancer and had an army of zombies. When I finally saw her in the show I was like "That's it?". Since then I've been pointing out how awful her and goons were and my dislike for the episode grow knowing that the damage is staying.
But how dose King Candy fit into this. I recently watched "Wreck-It Ralph" in Cinema and I loved it so much I saw it two more times. To me it was a perfect movie, great characters great worlds, great morale(s), and a great villain. It's so good that the two songs i didn't like in "Canterlot Wedding" are now good because of it. now I was just minding my own business on deviantArt. found some fanart of pony Wreck-it Ralph a so I check the artist gallery where i found this:
And that's when I figured out how great Chrysalis could've been instead of giving me a bad first impression. You see King Candy is easily one of Disneys best villains just because of his relationship to Vanellope and want he did to her. He's funny, a bit scary and has a lot of memorable quotes.
now let me compare these two, starting with:
Changelings vs Cybugs
Now I know the Cybugs don't work for Candy, but they are important to point out. Now Changelings can turn into anyone they see and feed of the love of people(not bad for a one-shot but I'll tell why this is a problem later) but all and all are just ugly pony bugs.
Cy-bugs only know three things. eat, destroy, multiply. this makes them a real threat in their world and they become what they eat(get guns or shells of candy).
To me Cybugs are the more threatening because their poor programing makes them kill or eat anything and multiply to adults in hours. one in particular, I'll call it RC, is hatched from an egg and by the end of the movie has made a swarm of thousands. The Changelings had that good fight scene but that was it.
Back-story
Now this is one of Chrysalis's biggest problems. All the other major MLP villains had to some extent a backstory. Chrysalis doesn't. That's one of the reasons shes not as interesting as Nightmare Moon or Sombra.
Candy on the other hand has a really good one. He used to be called Turbo from a popular racing game called Turbo Time. When a driving game was installed, he got so jealous he not only destroy the new game but his own too, and the term "Going Turbo" was born. What really makes this work is that by the end you think Turbo died in the new game.
Personality
Chrysalis starts out as being a jerk. she want things done her way and is rude to everyone. okay not bad. when she reveals who she really is, I think she must've got her brain burned because shes an idiot. I explain later in the plans but shes just a moron.
Candy starts as a little giddy Mad Hatter. cracking jokes and just being a jolly guy. There was even a point where i thought he was a nice guy and it still gets me. However by the end we find out what he's really like. A selfish egomaniac who'll do anything to remain on top.

Sad Secene
Both villains are responsible for causing the saddest scenes. In CW Twilight starts accusing Chrysalis of being evil and while she's right Chrysalis players the victim and runs off, leaving Armour to disown his sister. While that's understandable, Twilight's friends ditching her isn't. This scene is the worst moment of the series because it retcons everything the Mane 6 have gone through.
Remember when I said Candy was a nice guy, it was this scene. Here he gives Ralph his medal back tells him that if Vanellope wins the race, player will play as her and think the game is broken. while everyone will escape, Vanellope can't and will die with the game. when Vanellope doesn't listen to his warnings he has no choice to destroy the kart they bounded over, just to protect her. I get teary eyed every time.
Reveal
Now for Chrysalis defense there was no other place for the reveal to take place because she was found out, and the animation was really good.
But still Candy's was better. In the climax Candy takes a shortcut and crashes into Vanellope. he then precedes to smash her windshield with a carhorn and when Vanel grabs it and they both start glitching and we something wrong with Candy. Eventually the disguise is gone and Turbo is revealed. the thing about this scene is that the lighting, his dated appearance and evil smile makes quite frightening, especially since we know that he wants to kill Vanellope. And then RC eats him.
Plan
Now this is when Chrysalis becomes the idiot I see her as. She kidnaps a princess and disguise as her to feed of the love of her lover, sounds like a changeling. But she actually threaten Canterlot so her army had to bash it open with their skulls. And did I forgot to mention her plan is to give her people food. Yeah good going giving your goons lots of fear and terror to feed on your idiot.
Candy's plan is more about ruining and stealing the life of a little girl. When deleting her only turned her into a glitch, he robbed of her home and belongings, made people pay to race to keep her out, turned her friends against her basically labeling her as a monster, just to fill his ego. And it's been going on for 15 years. The only reason it failed was because he couldn't control the outside world.
Climax
Aside from a good but pointless fight with the goons, the Climax is really bad. Shinning Armour and Cadence use the "Power of Love" to defeat Chrysalis, and she doesn't do a thing. there are no wordsto describe how bad this is. And want's worse is that shes not dead, meaning she'll be back.
Remember RC and that fact that Cybugs become what they eat. Candy/Turbo and RC are now one. Here we get a short but good fight ending with Ralph smashing into the mentos to trigger an eruption. Vanellope saves Ralph, the Cybugs fly into the eruption. while Candy is confused, RC wants to go into the light ending them both. So even if you didn't like the guy you know he's dead.

Now before you go bashing me. While I never want to see her in canon again, the fandom has manage o do some funny comics and good fanart. In fact here's want can make her better:
Change her race: Make her a zombie or a unicorn with steampunk robots.
Change her plan: like kill Celestia or hog Shinning for food.Or maybe the simple take over the world.
Make her dumber: I know this is mean but there is a thing as a dangerous idiot.

And if you want a good story with as herself done right read this.
