Y'know, this only really kind of enforces the whole Tyrant Celestia thing... Also, all the other iterations have logical reasons for being spawned... Not that I'm particularly fond of them, but their creation does have a logical base.

Celestia has a limit how far she can be pushed. if she stays kind, everyone's always gonna walk alover her because they think she doesn't fight back. 985725 Well, first off, I think you're demonizing Chrysalis. Depending on the iteration, Chrysalis isn't necessarily a bad character. You have to take into account the Chrysalis was a political leader as well, odds are, she needed to invade Canterlot to feed her kingdom. She wasn't an "unreasonable bitch" as you put it, she was simply doing her job. Necassary evil is necessary, as such, the perpetrator, is not evil, rather, they are simply a victim of consequence.

Additionally, I think you're misunderstanding me, have you ever heard the saying "if you love something, set it free"? Well what I'm saying is, that forcing someone to love you is not kind. If Celestia was truly a benevolent ruler, she wouldn't allow simple slander to bother her, rather, she would simply ignore it.

985735 (sighs), look, it's a hot topic for me, i would normally avoid letting those memes get to me. this blog was created out of frustration and anger, and that in my head canon, Celestia is kind, but isn't afraid to stand up to herself. (so there's no demonising) and i am just a VERY strongly against the idea Celestia being treated like this. somethings being said about you or someone you like isn't exsactly easy to ignor sometimes. ignoring things doesn't always work, because your basicly not allowed to leave your house again because you allowed the false sayings wrap around people like tenicles, and everyone will judge you before they know you. Do you get what i am saying now? Celestia is not demonised, but a victim of stress. sometimes if something being said about you is too bad, ignoring it is not an opition.
