Story Cleanup

I plan to go through the whole story, as it is, in an attempt to polish it up some more before I try submitting it to EqD. The changes will be largely cosmetic (some editing, rewording and section moves), and I don't anticipate any new content being added, so a re-read shouldn't be required. I will of course let folks know if I get all crazy and start adding new scenes or completely changing existing scenes.
