So, yeah. I'm actually pretty darn floored that it's getting such a good reception. I wasn't happy with its first form, made a ton of edits, wasn't happy with that, made a few more, and released it after yet another bout of tweaking - and still wasn't happy with that.
But apparently people like it! And I'm not so much glad as I am relieved. brb deleting "sorry for making Pip jump the shark" post
Anyways, yes - first off, a thank you to all the people who've commented and are following. You guys make publishing fun. Don't think this needs to be said, but if you've got concerns, suggestions, or just plain didn't like it, please do tell me how and why. For me, fanfiction is practice for original work, and I'm good at taking criticism. Kinda. A little. As long as chocolate ice cream is readily available.
Secondly, I've finished writing the chapters, all the way to the epilogue, and will release them when time permits. My housing is a little patchy - I'm squatting at a friend's place until we can move in to our house - such is the life of a student abroad - and thus so is my internet time. But, yes, updates will be consistent until the end of Volume 2. Hopefully the ending will be conclusive enough to not infect you guys with an itch for Volume 3, because I haven't written nuthin' yet - and am not sure when I can.
So, yep - that's it for now! See y'all in, perhaps, four days!
