Hello there lads, it's the new year. Well, it's actually 11 here but nonetheless,
HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!
Now that I got that out of my system, I had a rather good year. Joined the fandom, after all. You know what? Why don't I recount the highly boring and needlessly long winded tale of my finding the fandom?
As probably none of you know, I am an avid player of the free game NationStates, a game in which one creates and runs a country. Anywho, I first discovered the brony phenomenon on the General forum, there was a massive influx of pony nations. I didn't think much of it, at first, it seemed to me that everyone was getting worked up over nothing. After a year of nonchalance, I finally decided to investigate. I didn't find the two part premiere particularly gripping, after all, I am a Troper, and thus, I was unimpressed. I find plot holes in everything, so I didn't find it groundbreaking in the slightest. After another two weeks, I decided that I would give it another try, I figured that the filler would be better. And it was. That's really it. Oh yeah, I discovered FiMFiction in July.
