At the very least, Batman has SOME experience working with Scooby and his friends, so he can definitely vouch for them - especially since Mystery Incorporated has one of the best track records against the Joker of any heroes who are NOT members of the Bat-Family.
And, for the record, the only reason I haven't commented on the story is because other reviewers have already said everything that I could think of to say about the story a lot better.

Uh... that won’t happen. I mean in the new Scooby Doo Movies, the Batman that Mystery Inc met, was the 1970’s or 60’s version.
