This is a sinking ship · 7:42pm April 6th
Soooo… I had to take a minute to cool off because of what Happened on Thursday.
As some of you know my boss (currently) is a bit of a narcissist who think he’s the smartest guy in the room. This being the same guy who kicked though a wall because of some minor detail.
So recently, I have been blamed over things not in my control.
Example:
Recently we had a machine that was broken and had to be moved. Along with this the plug at the new site isn’t compatible with the system. Result: I am blamed for not using the machine to pack these items.
Even though I literally gave him a good explanation of why they weren’t. Then proceed to blame ME for not following it up.
Along with that I was then blamed for three other things which I have to BUY if I understand him correctly.
Look I do possess a work bank card but however I’ve been having problems. My boss even attempted to help me with it but he got the same results, I tried contacting the bank but they said I wasn’t registered. So my boss said he will handle it, but now blames me for not getting it done.
And finally! He gets upset because I didn’t go straight to his house to mow his damn lawn. Look it was 8 in the morning I was going to over after lunch because I don’t want to drive all the way there it have be lunch and drive all the way back to clock out and go to lunch. (Mind you he’s not paying me for gas)
I then try to have a normal professional human conversation, which he breaks down the blame on me. He then follows this by calling me a ‘F***ing Gen Z-Alpha’ and ‘troglodyte’, didn’t get it recorded because I was expecting it.
Got fired after I told him to stop being my dad into the conversation (who worked at the same company as me). He got pissed told me to leave my stuff and go, which I did.
When I thought it was over and get the lawyer involved I was called by the secretary saying: ‘I wasn’t fired’ just on ‘unpaid leave’ as a ‘last warning’
Note I’m his only field employee since his new hire is coming in Monday but I don’t think he’ll last that long as me. Because I’ve dealt with his sh!t longer than most people, even my father.
So I go back Monday on the day of the eclipse so… omens.
I’m going to be looking for a new job somewhere or something. God that is always hard to get one that isn’t fast food.

Owner or not, that boss shouldn't act narcissist behavior here. Still have those text and voices messages from him, use it as evidence for your lawyer.
Definitely a bad boss if they want their employees to mow their lawn.
Find a new job, wait till a super busy day is coming up then the day before notify him that you quit.
Entire crew at one place I worked at did that except we waited till the morning of super busy day to tell the manager that all of us quit.
He is the definition of a horrible human being
