Stay with me for a second: Imagine if you will, a human arrives in Equis.
But here’s the kicker, the magic in the world of Equis is slowly killing him. The ponies either refuse or simply don’t care about his degradation.
In a sorta twist of fate the magic is actually improving his mind. Making it to where he is changing and gaining abilities that are similar to magic.
However his body becomes very fragile and he’s forced to wear a life support apparatus. Combining science and magic he brings stuff from sci-fi into reality.
Which gets the attention of a certain king…
It results in him joining the Storm king’s force as his leading science officer and having a TFP shockwave/starscream relationship with tempest. Unlike tempest he would have been more popular with the storm army inventing machines that make their jobs easier. Using the funding from the storm kings kingdom to fun his projects, among a secret one to use on himself.
Even though he’s very weak he still was able to beat a few hotheaded troops. Giving him like a big boss relationship with the troops. Additionally the MC would aid in the Storm king’s case by opening their ranks to other species aside from storm beasts. (Like Star Wars with the empires whole human only stuff)
Although during the elements defeating the storm king it would be very different. During which both he and the storm king were turned to stone but lucky for the MC he would be freed due to his connection with the Storm army. Taking the remains of the kingdom for himself remaking it into something else.

Yeah, this is a villain idea that popped in my head plus I’m bored in this waiting room.

Okay that sounds like a badass villain story. But aren't you pushing yourself too much to add more stories man. No offense or anything but you have an updated your stories for a while. But I also understand that if you're trying to create more stories man go for a man.

Okay, it has a good origin tale about how he became a villain. Love the fact that he's he's developing technology that infused with magic. Love that part. Also, the part that he's not that Invincible because he got defeated by the main six. But continues to get revenge on them. I think it's a good story.

Just as long as the Mane Six, along with the uncaring jerks of pony kind actually loses in the end. With the MC's first loss being a setback.
And also finds a way to be actually be somehow immune to that "turning to stone" BS!
Ahh yes I have heard something like this magic gives Humanity immortality or makes them grow boils or make them explode or gives them a life ending fever. Basically the radiation rule I always felt that was a cop out when you can just mutate them like super mutants considering environment heals all the sentient/sub-species and others to not have life-threatening ailments like cancer polio stuff like that not even special needs is shown there yes there's the eye thing but even then that's curable because of the magic so thinking deeply instead of fan-wise help screwing your world properly doesn't have to be complicated it could just make sense even if you just have to say well it's magic hahaha good luck can't wait to read your new story.
