Story update · 6:09pm February 28th
Hi. This text is just information for you. You don't have to comment to make me feel good or anything, I just want to stay clear with you.
I'm writing this as of follow-up for the next chapter I'm planning in the future month.
Basically, my life situation is not very stable. Both of my parents are in conflict that escalated a few years back, and they finally decided to go into therapy, which usually is around 60-80% successful. However, it comes down to both of them to settle this.
I'm not going into details, but depending on the success rate of it, I will be more or less active for obvious reasons.
My psychological health is currently either very happy about the fact they are doing something to settle this or completely broken due to the stress that comes with it. That being said, I'm hoping that whatever they choose, I will be able to live my life as I did before in a similar fashion.
I appreciate your comments on the stories I made, and everything else. And I'm hoping I can at least deliver you some more when the time is right.
As I said, no comments are needed. Life is life.
Different aged children handle this differently. Not sure where you’re at, but teen is one of the more difficult.
Sorry to hear about the situation. Mine did around 3rd grade for me. Was not easy.
I find it easiest to deal with mourning when busy intermittent with calm reflection. Would certainly be challenging if the chaos got brought to your doorstep.
Wish you the best.

Thanks. I still don't know what it will be, but I'm 21 already. So I can handle myself if that happens.
The worst aspect of this is if you still live with your parents. No matter what outcome, you will likely have to deal with change. While less directly stressful, if you lived on your own you would be more concerned support. Hoping for a positive outcome or at the least for your life to be minimally impacted. It is tough when it's family but it's also not up to you.

Thanks. I try to stay positive about it all.
I... don't know anything about stuff like this, but I do know that stress can easily make you forget to have fun doing stuff you enjoy, so don't forget to enjoy your life in the meantime, alright?
And whenever I feel particularly awful, I look up animal videos on YouTube to help me feel better. It sounds a bit stupid, but if it works then it ain't stupid.

It started with me watching My Little Pony when I felt stressed.
So I understand that completely. Thank you, I will keep that in mind.
