So far, I have "Stormweaver", "Boltergeist", and "Joltergeist" as potential names, but I'm open to new ones! Some cool, unique abilities would be appreciated too!

Something that occurred to me is that there could be different variations of these guys based on transient luminous events (TLEs), which are types of lightning that occur in the upper atmosphere over storms. The varients could have different abilities and colors based on the type of lightning they take after.

For example, the common yellow varient would be like the one in the image, utilizing standard lightning bolt powers like shooting bolts.

Then there could be ones based on 'blue jets', and appear a bright electric blue all over, and can shoot jets of ionized plasma.

There could also be ones based on 'red sprites', which are a ghostly red color, and can utilize tendrils of ionized plasma as whips or ropes.

Look up TLEs, and I'm sure you can find a few more interesting ideas.
