I know updates are slow, but I got one that can hopefully drop in the next few days. The only problem is I need proof-readers to make sure it is up to snuff for public consumption.
I am at the point where I am again asking for help from all of you awesome readers. I need a few volunteers to act as pre-readers/proof-readers/chapter-editors for the next chapter (Chapter 14) of Dexter's Lab Equestria.
Doing better on updating is an admirable goal. Starting a second story... might be a bit ambitious until the first resolution is accomplished. And it might make accomplishing the first one harder.
For myself, my brain starts thinking of other/newer story ideas when it really DOES NOT WANT to think of the current story. Especially when I'm at a roadblock in the current story. Or multiple roadblocks. And when I indulge in the distraction of a new story, I feel like I'm making progress, when the truth is I'm just jumping out of one hole and right into a new one. The truth is also that I both DO and DO NOT want to keep writing the current story, and it's hard to align those conflicting desires of my free will. Mostly because it's hard to figure out what's going on in my brain, what my true motivations are, and what my true hang-ups are.
I absolutely love this story and just want to see Celestia reaction when she wakes as well everyone else’s. Would love to see the next chapter release this year!!!
5762211 Agreed. Finishing this when you have gotten this far with it, and how much has been done, would be a better tactic personally as you could bring a good close and ending to your story and have that sense of accomplishment at your back. Though it would be cool to see what new story may be in the works... ...and with the incoming April fools on the 'morrow once again... ...perhaps another April fools story is in commence.
WIll be fun to see more.
Goodluck!
Happy new year hope to see more of you
Much love for all still around, wanting to do better and Happy New Year to change of a better year to come.
Happy New Year!
