Been having problems with my phone provider. I call them to try and address an issue, and they either hang up on me or give me some bull about how they can't do anything...or make things worse.
Methinks I need to find a different cell phone service. Already looking for one.

Fortunately, compared to the other issues and headaches that I'm dealing with, this one is easy to fix.
I'm sorry this trouble has popped up.
I hope you have already managed to fix it in the meantime, and that whatever other issues and headaches you're dealing with also are closer to being solved, at least.

Sadly, I've yet to fix it, but I am taking steps to fix it. There's a newer, better phone provider out there, and I will be going with them in the very near future.
