Zafire Heart.
I made this character a long time ago with the intention of giving history to the Crystal Empire. Well, back then there were no Comics that told us absolutely nothing about this strange country or magical town. So years ago I took on the task of giving him a "queen" that, at that time, was a fairly crude drawing, but that worked well for the time.
A few months ago I had seen the image of Zafire, and although I have a lot of appreciation for her appearance and why she did it... I mean that she also needed an update. I grew up in the MLP Fandom, it would be only fair for Zafire to show that she did too.
That is why I commissioned a work from someone who already has experience in this, and who, for my taste, was one of the best artists I have known throughout my life. (I won't count my friend Don Alejandro... He is the God tier.)
But there was something about this artist that made me want to see Zafire in his art style, and above all, see Zafire with another face... Another model, but maintaining the essence of him. Whereby. going to this person:

Notice that the design was much more than I expected. Not only did I fall in love with Zafire's new appearance, but it also gave him a new look and above all kept the essence of him that years ago, I thought he had lost because... For me, my drawing was not something... Well. Maybe I'm modest with myself, but that's how I see it.

Love it, like all of Notaponyperson's art! Nota and I were hoping we could use Zafire in our ongoing story Prisoners of War, not sure if he's asked you yet but I hope you say yes as I'm sure we could do a ton with the character!

A while ago Midnight asked me the same thing, and as I told many, they are free to use the character, I really don't have a problem with it, especially since a long time ago I had let them use Zafire.
They never asked me if they would use Zafire, but if they want to use her, go ahead.
