GUYS! I've become a hacker!
Nah, just kidding. However, I did found something I thought was burred really deep into my old archives.
You see, I was cleaning off some stuff from my computer because it's stealing space, when I came to this very old draft of "Sonic The Hedgehog x My Little Pony: A New Generation" from June 2022. While my account was officially made on August 7th 2022, and my first story published on August 22nd 2022, my first contact with FIMFiction was in May of last year, and the first official draft of the first story was written in June.
With all that context shared, I found a draft from the story I honestly didn't remembered I made at all! Yet I also see why I scrapped this idea. I'll explain it after I show you guys said scrapped draft, because YES! I'm gonna show you what was my original direction with this story before deciding on what I ended up doing!
So, enjoy the second draft of the first chapter that ended up scrapped:
Sonic groaned annoyed as the sun rays hit his face. He had to use a hand to cover himself from the sun, and then eventually gave up before finally waking up on his seat and look around annoyed and frustrated.
It seems like he has forgotten what happened a few minutes ago... Or has it been hours? Couldn't really tell because, well, he has no memory of what happened... At least not at first, but then he finally remembered that Eggman's machine has worked, and that he was dragged along Tails, Knuckles, Amy and the Chaos Emeralds to Chaos knows where.
Sonic's eyes widened in panic and concern, then he began to look around for his friends. "Tails? Knuckles?! Amy!" He called out loudly, getting no response. "No no no... Guys where are you?! Where––"
However, he had to cut himself from talking when he almost fell from the edge of a building. His eyes widened even more if that was possible, and then he finally started to take conscience on where he was... Or he was trying to take it, anyways. He began to look across the streets from the apparent building he landed over, and what he saw was not really that weird considering all the stuff he has seen, yet it was still weird to see.
Ponies with wings, which Tails would correct him mentally by saying they're 'Pegasi', were walking across the streets of this high-tech city full of various parodies to places he knows from his world, as well as giant screens showing variety of stuff, mainly a News broadcast and the announcement of the perfume coming from someone called Pipp.
"The fuck am I?!" Sonic asked in panic with wide eyes. "Is this some kind of nightmare-ish world where everything's solved with love and friendship?! Because if so, yuck! The last thing I need right now is to be in a world that fits Amy's wildest dreams!"
Mentioning his friend made his eyes shot widely open again, and he reminded again that Tails, Knuckles and Amy also ended up in this place... Or so he hopes, because if he's the only one in this world, well... He might as well just commit suicide, or at least try to leave as soon as possible.
"No time to sort this out right now... You've gotta find your friends, Sonic!" He told himself. "I hate the idea of a world with what seems to be talking ponies that can fly, but I was in a world where I was supposed to be the king, and yet I abandoned my subjects... This shouldn't be that difficult!"
With that being said, he grinned and stormed away from there at max speed. After all, it seems that going full ninja mode was better than just run around normally with no guarantee he'll be treated like a plague or something.
*Sigh* Yeah, looking back at this shit, I'm happy I scrapped this.
So as you could all see from the very beginning: Sonic wasn't supposed to come on his own. Tails, Knuckles and even Amy were all planned to appear since the very start! But as I was writing the chapter on, I wondered... Do I really want to write a sub-plot for each character until they all meet again at some point, with no knowledge of if said point would even be this story?
I was planning on doing just a trilogy (as I have stablished before), and the idea was to make Team Sonic reunite for the second story so they could all face Eggman along the Mane 5 once he eventually showed up in a cliffhanger for the second story... BUT, Make Your Mark happened! So the idea of making a trilogy was thrown away, and I began to rewrite the entire first chapter of the first story, along the prologue.
Originally, as well, Sonic was a dick as a person. Yes, he was still a good-hearted guy that would lend a hand, but he was supposed to learn over the course of the story that love and friendship doesn't make him any less cool, but instead even more cooler. I ended up rewriting this because, well, Sonic being a dick is something that only works when he's pissed, not when he just exists.
Also, yes, he was originally supposed to land in Zephyr Heights instead of the daisy field from the movie. This was almost in the final result, but I changed it at the last minute. Idk, I just liked the idea of him landing and rolling in the daisy field better than Sonic randomly popping at the top of a building in ZH.
The jokes are also something I toned down a bit, which is strange considering that story is still rated T despite not being so violent nor having any curse words... Guess that's something Real AllBridge can help me with, if you know what I mean! 
What definitely made me rethink this entire idea and write it from scratch, though, was the fact that Sonic was supposed to cause some Chaos around the city as a way to have fun, and then that would lead to Zoom and Thunder leaving to investigate further only to find Sunny, Izzy and Tails near the city... In simple words: What made me rewrite it all was Sonic being a dick to the pegasi and therefore making Sunny, Izzy and Tails get blamed and arrested for his mess... That just didn't seemed like Sonic at all, hence why I remade it.
In conclusion: I'm happy this idea has been scrapped. While not terrible, it is definitely not the best, either, and I'm happier with the result I ended up uploading to the platform.
This was actually fun to do! Look back at scrapped ideas and see what could've been of the story... Can you imagine how things would be if Sonic was still a piece of shit like in this draft? I honestly don't want to.
I'll see if I can find more scrapped ideas to share... That is IF you guys want me to share them, of course!
