Me again, with more repetitiveness to boot... · 11:48am Sep 14th, 2023
Well... this is another of my blog posts where the title probably speaks more than well enough for itself... but I thought I should give somewhat of an update on things.
And honestly... it's a very mixed bag.
The good side is that August, which I was worried would be the worst month of the year for me, actually turned out far better than I imagined. I never earned this much money in a month at my second job, and it was a big help indeed.
The bad side is that unfortunately, it still wasn’t enough. And I guess the work I did and its effect on my sleep schedule messed me up, or then I just developed bad habits, because being back to the main job is being difficult.
Also, it seems September is actually the worst month financially for me, which I should have honestly realized earlier, considering it's the only month I get no lunch bonus. I guess my debt situation never was so bad as to make it so obvious...
One way or the other, things are still bad. I can’t say how long that will last (I'm hoping only another year at most, which a slight improvement in about three months)... but for the time being, I still can’t say anything on when I'll update anything next.
I'm sorry for again having nothing new to tell you.

In some ways, things are improving - new people at work who know what they're doing and figuring things out pretty quickly. In other ways, I'm still in a holding pattern. Still, I'll take what I can get, and here's hoping that things do improve for both of us.

Well... while I'm sorry it's still a holding pattern on some things, I'm also glad things are improving on at least some fronts. :)
