I drew the body separately (well I cheated a bit, the head is from General Zoiz Pony Maker but I'm trying to wean myself away from that), Then I drew each set of wings in separate layers and painstakingly saved transparent PNGs, then bundled them with a GIF maker.
I referenced a GIF of Rainbow Dash for the wings, but I didn't trace. I drew them myself.
