New Username, Avatar, Going to be Trying Fanfic Readings, and Other Things I Do. · 6:29pm Jun 29th, 2023
Hey, everybody. So, I finally have an avatar after all these years! Yay! Also, I decided to change my username to closer match my YouTube channel. By the way, I have one. Mentioned it a long time ago. Haven’t done a ton with it, especially lately since I got back into fanfic writing in general.
The reason for the shift is because I was going to try some experimental videos in the future, and one of those things will be readings of some of my stuff. Some of it will be non-MLP. But among the things I thought “Eh, why not give it a try?” was a recording of Aces High chapter 1. It’s short, so I could record it relatively easily.
Actually, I would have edited together and perhaps posted that today so you guys could hear it...but I realized I had a small typo in the text that got included in the recording (funny because I was trying to fix a different typo), and now with the changes I need to do it over again. I can’t even start right now due to the weather. Dang it.
It won’t be a fancy production. I’m not skilled enough for that. But I hope it’ll turn out good anyway, and I’ll post links to any MLP content I read, whether it’s my stuff, or, perhaps other people’s stories. This sort of thing is new to me, so I hope to get better, and I’ll need all the feedback I can get.
Not that I wouldn’t be opposed to someone doing a reading of my work even if I read it myself. But A Tale of Two Suns would bug me because part of me still wants to go back and polish what’s already there and I don’t know what to do with that impulse.
EDIT: Also, if anybody wants to do readings of stuff I’ve written, please inform me first before you post it. Be polite.

Besides MLP, I’ve also been writing some Naruto-related stuff, and have also been doing a serious of analyses on Naruto world building. Those will be on Dailymotion for a few reasons, but links will be provided on YouTube as well.
Oh, and Aces High chapter 4 is very close to being done.
