So she took a test to determine if/where she was on the allo/aro spectrum. Ace stands for Asexual, Aro Ace stands for Aromantic Asexual. Eda's wearing a Bi (Bisexual) flag.

It's right there in the comic, Lilith took a test to figure out her sexual and/or romantic orientation, and the results are ace (short for asexual) and maybe also being aro (short for aromantic, hence aroace (aromantic and asexual, not every asexual is also aromantic).
