My feelings on the legal system. · 5:39pm May 22nd, 2023
I hate to break it to you guys but take the legal jargon out of it, and all you really get a slave in prison, free slave labor- that's what prison really is. In any competent regime, be it an oligarchy, monarchy, or diarchy, the rules remain the same; religions condition you to rely upon your government, schools condition you to accept your government, and prisons are typically reserved for when conditioning in ineffective and subtlety is no longer an option.
Slavery has nothing to do with race- more or less how vulnerable you are to someone else. Yes, it's true; Africans have enslaved other Africans for whatever reason they might have had. America teaches you that slavery only applies to black people, but this is a farce, a narrative they want to craft to keep racism going- racism is a very lucrative business for those in power, so they have more to gain by keeping hatred alive.
But I digress; do not be fooled by their social status as a public servant; the Judge couldn't give two wet farts if you're innocent or not; it's not his job to care for your life. But what about being a public servant- no, just no. They're in the life-ruining business, always have been, and always will be. Judges make the prison system money; their job is very important to any regime.
Let's play devil's advocate for a moment and say that prison really was all about isolating the dangerous people from the rest of rational society; if that were the case, then the justice system would be taking discernment between guilty and innocent much more seriously and a lot less innocent people would not have their lives ruined over pretty much nothing.
Protect and serve, my left asscheek.
And the scared-straight bullshit: This stuff never works because the irony of it is that the harder you come down on children, the more resentful they inevitably become. Showing out your inner caveman isn't going to teach them anything except give them a reason to hate authority. But I believe there's a reason why they do this, and it's not an act of prevention; rather, it's the opposite.
How does a prison make money? The inmates, right? Yeah, they put you to work in there; that's how they make their profits. I sum it all up this way: In America, religion conditions you to rely upon your government; schools condition you to accept your government, and prisons are typically reserved for those in which conditioning is ineffective, and subtlety is no longer an option.
They use schools and churches as tools to groom and coddle people and children to make them accept this system we've got. If anything has happened to you or will happen to you, then it must have come from God, right? Here we go again -- the God excuse. The last refuge that a man has when they have no argument and no opinion; must have come from God.
Between you and I, if everything were truly God's will, then God would have ensured that you would have a roof over your head every day, rights and protections that would not be revoked for any reason whatsoever, and three square meals a day, guaranteed. God would have been looking after you. So I don't believe in Religion, but I do not consider myself an atheist, either. You do not need a bible to tell you to be a decent human being; that's your choice to make.
The idiosyncrasies of American culture all stem from a group of slave owners who believed that all men were created equal; that is called being stunningly full of shit. They are tyrants who are slave-minded people. Forget about race; slavery has nothing to do with race in any capacity; it is all about how vulnerable you are to them. Schools teach us that slavery only involves race and nothing more. Don't be fooled.
This is the land of opportunity and not for the reasons you might think. That's why it's called The American Dream, because you have to asleep to believe it.
