Friendship Is Worth It Update: Spring Surprises Chapter Status and New Story Hint · 6:12am May 7th, 2023
Hello, folks! Time for another Friendship is Worth It Update!
Firstly, Spring Surprises... wow, this has been a bug bear for me!
Originally, I was writing up one big sixth chapter. But, because of all the story beats I've had to tackle, that chapter got mighty long compared the previous ones! I'm trying to keep these chapters from going too far above 10,000 words, you see. It's not a hard-line word count limit, mind you, but it helps me keep a chapter from becoming too long in the tooth. So, I decided to divide the chapter I was working on into two chapters: Chapter 6 and Chapter 7.
As for how they're looking right now... I HAVE FINISHED WRITING THEM! 
I just need to proofread each of them before they can be released into the wild!
Here's how the release schedule (this is a thing now?!) is gonna go down:
- Chapter 6 - Rarity's Question - Monday, May 8th, at 5:00PM EDT
- Chapter 7 - Journal Talk and Club Business - Wednesday, May 10th at 5:00PM EDT

An early heads up for you all: a new short story will be written for the series soon! It is set to be released either before or after the release of Chapter 8 of Spring Surprises (I haven't quite decided yet).
