Life hasn't been great and i kinda just turn into a puddle of slime on my days off from work.
I do have one chapter in a postable state but it ends in a cliff hanger. If you guys don't mind i could post it now, otherwise i'll wait untill i have atleast 1 more chapter to post afterwards.
I'm truthfully unsure of which way to go.

Sucks to hear about your situation, sadly I cannot offer any advice to improve there.
I'd say post the chapter for 2 reasons, 1, we as readers are greedy and want moar. 2, sometimes just reading favorable comments on your work can improve your mood and outlook, and I don't think what you've shown so far will have people deriding your story for the opposite to happen.
