So technically, Tl;dr, I fucked up chapter 1 and almost chapter 2. And I feel like addressing this after two years of amnesia and writing block.
Hey y'all, Silver here! And I'm getting straight to the point— I just want to clarify something regarding my story, Baby... Anon-a-Miss??.
Ok, first, for Chapter 1, I know there are many confusing things here and there so Imma just state this—
I myself have no fucking idea why I wrote this story two years ago (except to break the chain of the mostly-depressing Anon-a-Miss stories, of course) and I didn't know (and still don't know) many "American stuff" (since EqG itself is an American TV show, and I'm not American), so my knowledge on how the school-system and all there works is barren.
On top of that I myself don't remember the original plot for the story.💀
Please, just roll with it, because I have no motivation or time to rewrite a 2k word-chapter rn😭.
As for the parts where it comes to Octavia and her friends (Basically Vinyl, Lyra, Bon-Bon, Derpy, Minuette, and Dr. Hooves)— they're basically like another Rainbooms group except they just originated as another friend group instead of a full musical band. What I remember is that this group, and the Rainbooms keep a good friendship, after probably the Battle of the Bands, but I think that could change in the future. It's still unplanned though, I admit. 
(I'll keep a name for them later, shush-)
Also, there will be lore about Celestia and Sunset, don't worry. It won't be mentioned in this story though, since it's pretty dark. Probably another story, I will most probably keep spoilers.
As for the "targeting" part and all— Guys, this is an E-rated story.. I'm not planning on writing violence anytime soon, so it's technically the rude shoulder-shoving and snide remarks that I'm trying to show in words. 😭
I guess you could take this information as my own separate headcannon-sort of lore. 💀
Edit: Also, I did mention about something such as "Gacha Logic" in both description and comments, right?
Well, at the time I never knew how to draw, and neither did I know how to create stories and stuff properly, so that was all I could think off 💀.
