I just went into the next chapter to do my writing for the day, and it was all gone. Everything. And it's totally my fault. Apparently at some point when I was doing my copy-paste shuffle yesterday getting everything ready to post, I didn't do it right, or didn't save or something. And that's a couple thousand words of prime quality writing down the drain that I have to try and replicate.

I've got the draft for Chapter 3 all written and it just awaits a little more editing and revision. I think it'll be up tomorrow. It's another small chapter like I promised. I was really tempted to combine it with Chapter 4 and finish off the first day in one big chapter, but I promised shorter ones and I was advised against it anyways in favor of the shorter and quicker updates.

Chapter 4 is already a third done, so hopefully it won't be too long until you see that one too.

Why are the good ones always so darn expehehehehehensive?

I'm making good progress on the next chapter, and though it's not ready to look at yet I can't get the issue of editing out of my mind. My experiences with self-proclaimed reviewers has made me swear them off altogether and I stay as far away from ponychan as humanly possible. My experiences with message boards and forums have been extraordinarily inconsistent. Sometimes I get good advice, but most of the time I can't get anyone to take a look at all. Just wanted to let you guys know that I haven't dropped the story or anything. A bunch of real life stuff is getting in the way and just won't let up which seriously cuts into my writing time. I'm in school and work from eight in the morning until midnight with only about an hour's break in between and things keep coming up on the weekend. Anyways, sorry about the wait. I think I need to figure out a different system for future chapters so I can make them smaller and update quicker.

This is the song that I wrote Celestia's portion of the prologue to. I think it fits her perfectly.

Anyways, off to do some writing! It's coming slower than I hoped, but I'm making progress.

Right now they just add another layer of complexity to an already too-complex story. If I think of something later, I might still put them in, but for now I'm just going to proceed as I'd already planned.

This episode introduced a LOT of new stuff that I'm going to have to take into account for ASMGDA. This is gonna be fuuuuuuuuuun.
