I'm kind of terrified. Never had opiate painkillers before and I'm not thrilled about needing them.

It's now the second anniversary of my mother's death. I find sleep an elusive friend.

I have come down with an extremely unpleasant cold. Writing has not been high on my list of things to do the past few days, having been superseded by such activities as curling up in bed, drinking tea with honey and lemon, watching Netflix, eating soup, and praying for death; Sometimes, these activities or some combination of them are happening concurrently.

In short, give me a few days to get over this illness and I will be back on top of my game updating Integration for you.
