Well first off, Remember that Sora and Friends lived a hundred years before this story takes place. Most anime characters lived (and died) before the purge ever took place. So it's extremely unlikely.
But also note that hearts are fickle things, and that power levels are hard to measure.

Hi all, I have been reading from FIMfiction for a while but I built my account just to put this story on it.
