I'm Comma-Kazie; grammarian, nitpicker, and all-around master of feels.
Hey all,
If you're long-time readers of mine (bless you), then you know that I'm a little sparse on updates for my bigger projects. Now, it's perfectly understandable to worry about any story that updates with less regularity than your taxes, and I thought I'd allay most of those fears here.
The good news: What's in a Name and Changes are NOT cancelled, and I have no intention of cancelling them.
Pssst. Comma. Hey, Comma.
Yeah?
Aren't you going to do a Cloud-Less Months Promotion?
I already did.
But what about the last one?
I can't promote Sellsword Changeling. That week's come and gone.
No, dummy! The last one!
Oh, crap! You're right!

Every once in a while, I come across a story that absolutely blows me away. The characterization, or the setting, or the adventure ... something about it makes me sit back and think to myself, "Wow. This could/should be part of the show."
Next up for Cloud-Less Month is Ponibius' take on things with our two favorite musical mares.
Today's story brings Octavia and Vinyl together. No, not like that you silly person; unlike what you may expect from this pairing, they're only fiddling with their instruments in preparation for making music together.
Wait, no, that sounds even worse. Damn this universe and its propensity for entendres.
Well, we've arrived at September. Schools are in session, Cloud Kicker has her tag, and, in appropriate irony, Cloud-Less month is upon us!
For those of you who don't know him, Meadowshrine is an awesome guy (who is awesome) and friend of my good friend, Trinary. I had the good fortune to meet up with both of them at the BronyCon. We talked a little bit about our various projects, and apparently his muse and mine work on similar wavelengths:
Well, I decided to take the plunge and attend this mysterious event to see what swag I can pick up/crowds I will need to flee from. I'm hoping to meet a lot of you, and wish you were here!
Wait, no, that would probably result in a lynch mob...
Either way, your regularly scheduled Comma-Trauma will resume on the 5th. Until then, thanks to Aegis Exemplar for an early piece of swag:
Well, that only took long enough.
I cannot thank you all enough for your patience. I know it's been a helluva wait, and I certainly hope the new chapter for What's in a Name is worthwhile for you.
As an added bonus, I'd like to mirror The Living Library's interview with me from Saturday for anyone interested:
Or almost, anyway.
I know I've let this project gather dust over the past few months, but you'll be happy to know that the next chapter of What's in a Name has finally found its way to the proofreaders.
Oh, hush, it hasn't been that bad. I mean--Half Life 3's still in production, so that counts for something.
Right?
