I just got the confirmation email this morning, The Conquering of Love has been accepted to Equestria Daily! It's been a rough but worthwhile learning experience. I was a little nervous about it last night because I read chapter 7 again and found a couple small issues, which I still haven't corrected, but will do so before the end of the day. Should be fixed before it gets posted, in any case.

So yeah, yay!

Conquering of Love got 45 views in the past 24 hours. That's a lot higher than usual. I wonder where they all came from. Guess I should really get going on chapter 7 considering the edits for chapters 1-6 are basically done. Should be submitting to EQD again in a day or two. I am confident it gets accepted this time!

All chapters but chapter 3 have been updated. If you've already read them, there's no real reason to re-read them unless you want to see the level of polish we've been putting on this thing.

Took a break from editing to draw a bit since I hadn't really done any drawing today for the Newbie Artist Training Ground.

Tried to visualize the Colorscope from Conquering of Love.

It's a start, anyway... I think I originally envisioned it as more angular, but the curvy shape just jumped out from my pencil.

We'll see what sort of revisions I do for it in the future...

Just reported a fic for being tagged incorrectly. It may not have been.

I am not even the type of person to normally report stuff for anything, anyway.

Hopefully they ignore it or just give me a stern "Hey you, stahp it!"

The title here says it all. I need an editor, or editors, for The Conquering of Love! I need many eyes scouring this thing. I have a list of items that must be corrected. I'll be working on it for the rest of my night here, as well.
