I'm starting to think having editors and proof-readers for my Fallout Equestria side stories isn't quite working out as well as I'd hoped. Don't get me wrong, it's great having someone go through my work and patch up mistakes, as well as provide feedback on how the story's going, and I do really appreciate everything they do for me, taking time out of their schedules to help me improve and write a story worth reading.

It's just that I have terrible luck when it comes to editors.

It's a question I don't often ask myself. With good reason - I tend to get existential about these sorts of things. But I think I might have found the answer.

Do I write to escape this bleak, grey world and immerse myself in a world of sunshine and rainbows? Of course not. If I wanted to do that, then I wouldn't write grimdark stuff. Besides, the world's pretty awesome at points.

I finally finished Chapter 6 of Purity, just need to get it edited/pre-read and then :iconyay:. I think I'm back into the swing of writing it now, though I will on occasion finish off some of my one-shots/clop stories or something. Point is, I'm writing again.

Again, apologies to anybody who likes my writing, but I've not really written anything these past two weeks. Granted, I barely write anything normally, to which I blame year 12, but this is mainly out of procrastination.
