As the day draws to an end I want to get a few things out there.

While writing the lastest chapter of Voidrunner, doing rewrites of Midlife Crisis, and playing StarMade... I may have listened to an entire ten hour loop video in a single sitting without pausing... However, while I felt no shame, I do feel I may have a slight case of severe brain damage.

So here we are again.

I just wanted to take this time to give you some updates and other information regarding my two stories.

Voidrunner is progressing quickly. The next few chapters will be pumped out as quickly as my proofreader can read them. Anyway, the next chapter should be out today or tomorrow (6-21 or 6-22).

Wow... I've been on this site for a whole year as of today. Hell, I can remember the first story I ever added to my favorites: Of Steam Gears and Wings

Just... wow.

Well here we are again, it's always such a pleasure.

Now, for those of you following Voidrunner I can say that the next chapter will be coming tonight or tomorrow morning.

Unfortunately, The Midlife Crisis will be undergoing major edits and rewrites. I don't have a time frame for when that might be finished.

It's been a very long day so far. A fun kind of long day. I've been wondering the convention in a NLR guard outfit. I have been stopped for pictures multiple times and even got stopped by Tabitha St. Germain because of it. So yeah, it's been a hell of a day and it's only half over. I just felt like updating you guys on the fun at EQLA. Next up, Voice Actors Panel.

Well guys I am packing my bags and heading to the hotel for EQLA in about an hour. I really hope to see some of you there. If you missed the last author note, I will be at the event all three days and will have the name "Synx" on my badge. I invite any of you to try and find me. Think of it as a scavenger hunt.

So last night I was reading through some of the stories in the "New" section. I had found a couple good ones that really seemed to have potential. Then I got to a string of stories that were being thumbed down into oblivion. What could the author have done to make people react in such a negative way? Being a fledgling writer myself, I decided to investigate so that I could avoid making the same mistake. All the stories I read had some similarities.
