New layout!

Hmm, this is actually quite nice. Front page looks good. Better laid out, certainly. Banner isn't hidden behind the feature box anymore, which is cool. Story pages look better. Description line-break issue is gone (on my story anyway). Only issue I can call up is that comment avatars seems a little too big, but that's kind of a personal taste thing.

Congratulations are in order for knighty, methinks.
