I looked through my story stats recently and found that I had a new downvote for one of my fics. Now, I understand completely that not every reader out there will find my material to their liking. I get that. However, I would like to know what it is I did that caused you to dislike it. I get plenty of good feelings whenever someone leaves a comment on my stuff, especially when it's positive, but I REALLY love it when I see a comment that explains what doesn't work. Well, if the latest news from Comic-Con is to be believed, Trixie will be making a comeback in Season 3. That means I need to get Trixcord fully edited and hopefully approved by the pre-readers before the influx of Trixie stories start pouring in.

After a new episode has aired, I like to scroll through the comments on EqD and see what the community has to say about it. Inevitably, regardless of the quality of the episode, the discussion begins to focus on how the new episode fits into the canon that the show has presented to us so far. I always get a kick at how the commenters try to justify new concepts being introduced. The level of detail that's brought up makes even a Trekkie's mind swim.
