Hello,
It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to leave Fimfiction. There are multiple reasons behind my decision, but the shortest and least personal one is that there are bits of my past I wish to distance myself from. I will always have fond memories of my time in the fandom, and I'm not necessarily leaving it as a whole; it's just that I'm not nearly as active in it as I once was. I see this story has gotten some likes and some dislikes, and while it's great to have either opinion, I'd appreciate some feedback on what I did well on or what caused you to push that thumbs down. I hate to sound desperate, but as a novice fic writer, I would benefit from advice or criticism.

I'm so sorry for giving you all that false hope a few months prior - I still had a lot of writers block to overcome, not to mention a 1,000 word minimum to meet. Nevertheless, the first chapter of my first ever fic is finally up, and I'm glad to have finally checked another thing off my summer bucket list.

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm finally getting close to publishing the first chapter of my first story here on Fimfiction! Well, not exactly - I've just started on the actual chapter. But I've created the story's info box, and I'm not going to break my pace of actually getting something written (except for this blog post.)
