Sparks Catch was supposed to be a interquel- a short episode sitting between Myriad Thoughts and Friendship Games.

Instead, it ended up nearly fifty percent longer than Myriad Thoughts, and established many, many ideas I want to carry forward. So, moving on from here- what do we want to do next?

I have a lot of things I want to handle in Stray Thoughts and Small Fires, and I want you to let me know which should get priority.

Hello, semi-loyal readers! I've finally released the first part of my story about everyone's favorite awesome Granny.

Go ahead and take a look. The story in question will be an anthology of all of the little ideas I've had while working on the Myriadverse, so expect it to update on occasion, but with fairly short snippets.

...I was planning on using this blog post to explain that I'd posted a short story one-shot called "A Train Bound for Nowhere." I assumed that it would clue my semi-loyal reader base into he fact I'd actually posted something that wasn't part of a multi-chapter novel.

Instead, my short story got featured. It's currently sitting at #4 on the featured list.

...I have no idea how that happened.

Someone mentioned that I should have announced when the sequel to Myriad Thoughts was posted. Well, it is, and has been for the last few weeks.

This, by the way, is my first steps on taking the EQG storyline away from canon- so my writing skills are getting more of a workout. Even worse, I decided to storyboard this one before I published it- which has caused my creative juices to be less useful. My next story will not see me make the same mistake.

Myriad Thoughts is done. When I jotted down the first 500 words three months ago, I expected nothing to come of them. I knew myself well enough, however, to know the idea would lay forgotten if I didn't write it down.

One month ago, while idly glancing over my profile, I realized I had another idea on the abandoned tale. And then a second. And a third. Synthesis of elements form other stories, aspects and random thoughts accumulated until the first four chapter wrote themselves.
