Some of you know of my story The Different World, in which mares are intelligent anthro ponies, and the stallions are primitive quadrupedal creatures. It's definitely a creative exercise, but, I wonder if I should incorporate geldings into it, or make another alternate universe where it is a thing. I'm thinking of writing another story about geldings. Don't worry, I do plan on finishing the first one I've got going. But, I would like some ideas and concepts from people.

For this story, I would like to explore the process and life of geldings in more detail, with less grimdark and horror. As in, it's just a natural thing in their world. Reasons for doing so would be welcomed. Perhaps even make it not permanent.
