What irks me the most is how edge lords use red and black without even realizing the true nature of the colors. A mixture of black and red symbolizes a patient fury. Black is the color of patience and calmness, the very color of the night, a time of rest and respite. Red is the color of fury and passion, the very color of the liquid of life, blood, of fire, and of love. These colors mixed with silver and gold, the colors of the moon and the sun, the mind and the heart respectively, make for a person who is a steadfast and loyal friend. Idiots who mix black and red just because of the stereotype that it makes you edgy gain my immediate disdain.
