So I decided to release another chapter for Hazel Eyes. However, I chose to do so a bit early. It's a little bit of a gift, so to speak, since it's the day before a holiday. Of course, when I thought about things it also pulled on a few feelings of mine and made me want to share them with you guys. Yeah... hello again everyone! It is I... or something along those lines. In any case, this is a quick little update. I've managed to write a little more! With any luck I'll have another chapter out for Hazel Eyes very soon. I was able to put some of my vacation time into sitting down to get more done for that story.

Whew... I find myself hating the holidays more each year. Work's been rough the past two weeks and it's not going to lighten up until after new years. As such, I've been delayed on getting any solid writing done, but I have at least gotten out of my funk. I've even been formulating more ideas to get into some fun scenes in future updates for my stories.

So, I'm still in the process of writing up the next chapter for Hazel Eyes, it's not completely idle anymore.

So, yeah... I've gotten nothing done as far as my writing is concerned for the past month now. In the four years that I've been writing to occupy my time this is the first time that I've just... not been able to do anything. I'm positive it's due to my new medication, my doctor is seeing how I do with adjusting my dosage... but so far I've not been able to focus since I started the new med.

Alright... well, looks like I've got some hope. My girlfriend's mom is back home and she's doing good so far. In addition, it seems that I might get lucky and find a new doctor to go see before I run out of meds to keep me from being a deeply depressed and volatile dirtbag. I'm not completely out of my emotional ditch just yet, but I've been in a good enough mood to resume writing. Still not sure when I'll get the next chapters finished for my stories, but I did make a little bit of progress.

Yeah... I've kinda been in a slump the past two weeks so my writing has slowed down to almost nothing. I was hoping to get enough done for the next chapter of Behind a Shifting Mask, but it's not happening. So far I've only managed to get 835 words written for chapter 15 and haven't started anything for my other stories yet. It kinda sucks, to be perfectly honest, but I can't force myself to write if I just don't feel like it. Part of me thinks that I'm slipping back into another depression...
