Scroll #9 has in fact, been delayed (and for good reason). I got a little side-tracked on another book series that falls in line with this one. The two began to conflict with one another and let's just say I'm having trouble connecting the two. Scroll #9 will potentially be done by the end of March, if not, then it'll be released sooner.
