Scroll #9 has in fact, been delayed (and for good reason). I got a little side-tracked on another book series that falls in line with this one. The two began to conflict with one another and let's just say I'm having trouble connecting the two. Scroll #9 will potentially be done by the end of March, if not, then it'll be released sooner. Sorry about that.
A few details about the new series, the Equestrian Bloodlines Collection will feature many different characters and their changes in life as Equestria goes through its Downfall Era. The first book, Equestrian Bloodlines Collection: Scrolls #20,21,22, will be released within the next three or so months and will be posted as a whole (all scrolls will be released the same day). As far as the other books in the collection are concerned, they will be published as separate works.
Despite the new series absorbing half of my time, Equestrian Downfall is still very much in the works and is top priority. This new book collection is but a side project. Thank you for understanding.
