I enjoy writing. Is there much else to say? Nothing you'd be interested in I'm sure.

More Old Westerns · 11:10pm Jun 25th, 2021

So I went ahead and watched Shane (1953) and I have to say it was really good. I'd heard the ATLA episode "Zuko Alone" was inspired by it and I can definitely see it now. After watching it through I saw that the Buzz Lightyear episode "Lone Wolf" was even more heavily influenced by it. The acting was great as well as the fight scenes and the quick but tense climax of the film really sold me on it. And I had only ever seen Jack Palance in Batman (1989) and the City Slickers films but this guy

One Chapter to Go · 12:56am Apr 13th, 2021

Posted the penultimate chapter to Force of Wills and hopefully I'll be able to post the grand finale in better time. I've got it planned to the letter and just hope i can stick the landing. Stay tuned.

Sight Seeing · 11:17pm Mar 15th, 2021

My family took a trip to Chicago a while back and I decided to go with them to see the Field Museum. Got a lot of good pictures. One of the reasons I wanted to go was because of a monument that sits in the park across the street from the museum, the Balbo Monument.

And The Comeback Continues · 12:29am Jan 19th, 2021

Well, I guess it's about time. I've been feeling less and less motivated to get back into my Force of Wills story, but dang it, this will be finished. I have everything mapped out in my head and I'm confident the only way this will get done is if I make this last chapter an extra length big time finisher. It'll make you cry and maybe ball your fist in anger depending....

Just Thinking · 3:29am Oct 27th, 2020

My dad and I have never really gotten along and we used to butt heads all the time when we lived in the same house. We didn't agree on a lot of stuff. It's funny, now that I'm older I can understand some of what he was trying to teach me. I don't agree with all of it but now I think back and wish I had applied some of it when I was younger. I can honestly say I never thought I'd see the day when I was the one to come to his defense when my family talked about him. Not sure if I should be proud

Multi-tasking · 5:52am Sep 2nd, 2019

So since I'm working on the latest Star Wars crossover I've recently been thinking of another story I had in mind that's a more story packed continuation of my last fanfic, Magician's Gambit. Question is, do I think I can tackle both at the same time? I've pretty much got one charted out and the other I really want to do. I guess I'll see.

So my brother bought Red Dead Redemption 2 and though I don't play it I have to admit I'm hooked on the game. From the gameplay and Easter eggs to the locations and characters. Boy that is a great game. It doesn't hurt that I'm a hardcore western fan.

Misjudging Others · 11:42pm Dec 13th, 2018

On of the things I hate most is someone taking your actions or words and blowing them out of context or making more out of them than you intended. The worst part though is them then judging you without giving you a chance to explain. I learned from a very young age to have empathy towards others and not just say one way or the other. As I've learned very recently, people will jump to rather inglorious conclusions about you for something that you did that they misinterpreted as malicious
