Turns out the new breakfast all day egg cooker can do 12 eggs. That's nice, but this whole breakfast all day thing will still complicate things more.

People have been asking when it's happening. Well it's finally happening. Now you will be able to get an egg breakfast muffin during lunch and dinner. Exciting right? Wrong. From the official training video itself, I quote, "there's going to be a three minute wait on those egg sandwiches."

We have a new muffin toaster and a new egg cooker that we're gonna use for this after breakfast hours, but here's what the video didn't touch on: the egg cooker can only do four eggs at a time.

The draft for ch5 has reached 2500 words and progress is going a little smoother than previous chapters.

After four years of just working full-time (now part time since last May) and my life not really going anywhere, I'm finally going back to school starting next week. Going to the community college where I'll be studying audio/video production.
