I'm saved! Remember how I said I'd be screwed about Homecoming, well today I managed my hand at $20 for my ticket. Tomorrow I go shoe and jewelry shopping plus I got to get a shaper and a strapless bra. Then it's smooth sailing til Saturday!
Homecoming game and dance are next Friday and Saturday...I got a dress but no shoes, jewelry or a ticket! Wah!! Gotta get that stuff this week!
Namaste and good evening/night everypony. Tonight's calm piece comes from those simple songs for sleep. I'm talkin' bout a lullaby! So just sit back, relax and prepare for some calm...:
...So...relaxing...
Til next time,

[Meghan Trainor:]
Finally blew up in my face
Crash and burnt to pieces
You got what you want from me
I gave you what you needed
I was warned, but fooled by charm
And you deserve to be alone
And I deserve better, better than you
I deserve better, better than you
I deserve better
Tell 'em what they already know, I deserve better
Tell 'em what they already know, I deserve better
I used to cry to all my friends
That's my girl
Who's been working so damn hard
You got that head on overload?
Got yourself this flawless body
Aching now from head to toe
Ain't nothing, ain't nothing
All my ladies 'round the world
Ain't nothing, ain't nothing
Good girls better get bad
You've been down before
You've been hurt before
You got up before
You'll be good to go, good to go
Destiny said it, you got to get up and get it
Marinette (speaking):
In the daytime, I'm Marinette,
Just a normal girl with a normal life.
But there's something about me that no one knows yet,
'Cause I have a secret.
Marinette (singing):
I live a life that's full of fun,
That keeps me sharp and on the run.
When evil comes, I find a way
To use my force and save the day.
Uh-uh-oh
Life's got me spinning 'round.
Uh-uh-oh
My feet are off the ground.
Many nights we've prayed
With no proof anyone could hear
In our hearts, a hopeful song
We barely understood
Now we are not afraid
Although we know there's much to fear
We were moving mountains long
Before we knew we could, oh yes
[1] - There can be miracles when you believe
Though hope is frail, it's hard to kill
Who knows what miracles you can achieve
When you believe, somehow you will
You will when you believe
