Never thought I'd see this happen, but the review queue for Ponychan's Training Grounds thread is empty! I've been a reviewer there for 9 months and helped a lot of writers. Anyone who'd like some story advice is welcome there, and wait times will be very short, for now at least. Of course, anyone willing to try their hand at reviewing is welcome as well, though we're not currently short on assistance.

Well, one of the writers has weighed in, which EqD posted in this link. I have to say, her response was completely classy and reasonable, and I agree with her 100%. I never thought Hasbro intended to make fun of anyone. However, the fact is that some people do use that term to ridicule, and I'd rather see erring on the side of caution in this instance. So, Derpy's the official name. Can't say I like it. To me, "Ditzy" implies relatively harmless absentmindedness. "Derpy" implies stupidity. It's mean-spirited. They might as well have called her "Special Ed" or some such. Is this really what they want to teach the kids? Oh, well. I guess I have some search-and-replace editing to do. And I suppose "Ditzy Doo" is now assumed to be the blue Derpy lookalike that was seen bringing the birds back during Winter Wrap-Up.

For those of you who read "A New Harmony" (yes, there actually are some), I'm sorry about the lengthy delay in getting Chapter 4 posted. I haven't even started on it yet, due to a combination of holiday happenings and trying to whip The Promises We Keep into good enough shape for EqD. I hope to get started on it within the next couple of weeks and get it posted mid-January. It'll likely be the last chapter.

Chapter 3 of "A New Harmony" will probably go live tomorrow. It's in final edit mode.

New side story to "My Funny Sister" is finished, but I will probably sit on it for a while to see if there are any more canon developments forthcoming that I need to account for with Ditzy/Dinky.

Halfway through Chapter 3 of 5 for a Slice of Life story called "Twilight's Final Exam" that I'll start posting when it's complete.
