So, you know how I said that I was going to resume work on The Gateway after I finished The Fallen; yeah, I was lying XD. Basically, I just had a new idea for a story based off another story, which will be reveled when it gets released and I will be working on that instead. I know, some of you are probably sick of waiting for a new chapter for it, but what can I say, I come up with ideas and write them before I lose them XD. Anyway, that's it, so as always, until next time.

So, as the title implies, I have officially started school today. As you may have guessed, because school takes away about 10 hours of my free time each day, there will be a slow in updates. I will still do at least one new chapter weekly, but don't expect anything more or less than that. Any extra completed chapters will be saved for holidays and such as a kind of present to you guys, if that makes any sense. So, I finished my one shot idea that I came up with a while back and... yeah... XD. So, you know how in my last post I said how I was having trouble writing the new idea I cam up with. Well good news, I figured a way to do it, and so expect a new story one shot in about 2-3 days, maybe 1 if i spend a couple of hours today working on it and then uploading it tomorrow, but most likely 2. Other than that, there isn't much, so until next time.

So, today I went swimming, and while I was taking a shower, I came up with what I believe to be a really cool idea. However, when I actually started writing it, well, I kind of ran into some road blocks, i.e., the fact that my idea was one sentence, and the minimum is 1000 words, and I can't figure out how to write it. Okay, today I had a pretty stunning realization, and I think I always knew it, but didn't quite want to accept it; Bronies like romance and clop- a lot. Now, don't get me wrong, there are plenty of writers that don't write any clop, and there are plenty of readers that don't read it, but if you look at the front page, tell me how many stories are either romance or one shot clop stories. Ok, so I finally got my first story up. Expect chapter 2 and possibly 3 soon, and then a break while I plan out the next chapters and how the story will overall go. Right now, I submitted the story without any real plans as to where it would go and how it would play out past the first few chapters, so there will likely be a break for a couple of weeks soon, as I'll be planning out the story.
